Based in Chicago, Praveen previously was the President and CEO of Arete Consulting Services and was instrumental in focusing on building a differentiated brand in providing Technology, Data, Analytics and Testing solutions. He worked with clients in various industries and has build high performing teams to solve complex problems.
Praveen also worked at HSBC in the Information Management global organization supporting many critical initiatives to support Finance transformation, Marketing and other business unit initiatives.
Praveen holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Gulbarga University and a Masters in Computer Science from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.
Kerem Koca, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Bluenet, focuses on developing leading practices around innovative and emerging technologies.
Kerem has more than 20 years of experience, specializing in global Financial Systems, ERP transformation, process optimization, IT strategy, Databases and Cloud Computing. Kerem has deep experience in global delivery models.
Kerem is known for his ability to design solutions to large, complex problems, and structuring/delivering long-term deals powered by automation and innovation. Collaboration, predictability, and accountability are key tenets as he delivers high quality outcomes that matter. He also champions strategic initiatives that drive client growth through collaboration.
Hilmi Ozturk, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Bluenet, brings over 20 years of IT experience in the niche areas of Business Analytics (BA) and Data Warehousing across a wide range of industries. Hilmi played significant role in establishing Bluenet’s Managed Services and Business Analytics (BA) service lines and overseeing firm’s strategic partnership with IBM. In his current role, he continues to lead Bluenet in its entrance into new emerging technologies such as Open BA, Cloud based BA and Big Data solutions.
Hilmi is keen on “service quality” and strong believer of “long-term partnership” with the customers, which are the cornerstone elements of Bluenet Service Delivery Team.
Prior to Bluenet, Hilmi worked for Deloitte, Ernst & Young and Apple where he involved with large global IT implementation projects. He holds Bachelor of Science Degree from Anadolu University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Arkansas.
Based in Tampa, FL, Şükrü is one of the managing directors at Bluenet, bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in data and business analytics solutions including enterprise performance management, enterprise data architecture, operational reporting, advanced analytics, and visualizations. He also frontiers the company's efforts to develop and grow Bluenet's expertise in new technologies and solutions including cloud strategies and data science. Keeping the customer outcomes continuously at his focus, Şükrü's previous work has been recognized in various case studies and success stories. Prior to Bluenet, Şükrü worked as a consultant in the areas of Business Intelligence, Management Information Systems, and Business Development.
Raghav is an accomplished leader with 20 years of experience in consulting and global delivery in various verticals across Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia. He has acquired, managed and successfully delivered very large and complex onshore / offshore projects running into tens of millions of dollars.
As a visionary leader, he has an unrelenting focus on innovation that helps businesses achieve higher ROI. With his profound experience, Raghav visions to help Bluenet India continue to grow in size and stature.
He has over 18 years of experience in consulting services for a software company (SAP, Workday) out of which he spent 5 years developing Analytics at Business Objects, which was later acquired by SAP
Prior to Bluenet, he is the Regional Services Leader at Workday, responsible and accountable for a portfolio of HCM & Financial Workday projects. He was laser focused on Customer Satisfaction while driving budget or better revenue & margin targets
Anil served as Executive Sponsor on several key accounts to manage and set expectations at Senior Leadership level. Effectively managed senior level relationships at his accounts and acted as a trusted advisor on complex Workday cloud deployments.
