• Kerem Koca

    Founder

    Mr. Koca co-founded BlueNET Technologies in 2004, with two decades of management, sales, and consulting experience in the Information Technology industry on a global scale. Since founding BlueNET; Mr. Koca has led the entry of the firm into the Financial Services Industry, achieving outstanding results over last several years.

    Prior to founding BlueNET, Mr. Koca founded Toronto based Mitsi Consulting in 1997 to serve the IT needs of global corporations and governments. His client portfolio included many large multinationals such as Publicis Groupe, CIT, EDS Systemhouse, Newcourt Credit Group, Government of Ontario, Darome Teleconferencing, and Young & Rubicam.

    Mr. Koca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bogazici University. He currently leads the Business Process Management and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) System Implementations service lines for BlueNET.

  • Hilmi Alphan Ozturk

    Founder

    As a 20 years veteran of IT Industry, Mr. Ozturk co-founded BlueNET in 2004 with Mr. Koca. In the course of his professional career, he has held senior level positions with Apple, SONY, Deloitte & Touche, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

    Prior to founding BlueNET, Mr. Ozturk was managing his own consulting firm, Cubixom Solutions, providing niche consulting services in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing areas to clients throughout the United States. He successfully managed this BI practice until December 2004, when he joined his forces with his partners to establish BlueNET Technologies Inc.

    Mr. Ozturk holds B.Sc. degree from Anadolu University and MBA degree from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is currently responsible from IT Consulting and Software Sales in the areas of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Corporate Performance Management service lines. He also manages the company's strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors such as IBM and Cognos.

  • Peter Wagner

    Managing Director

    Mr. Wagner has nearly 25 years experience working with clients in the financial services, media and entertainment, distribution, and manufacturing industries. He specializes in providing project and program management services and solutions; improving business and IT operations and processes; designing and implementing customized software applications; and managing the selection and deployment of technology that best meets his clients' needs.

    In the course of his career, Mr. Wagner has worked with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and other large regional and international financial services institutions, National Public Radio, The New York Times Company, Rainbow Media Holdings, Thomson Financial Services, Wesley Jessen, Computer Associates, Unisource, numerous start-ups, as well as public sector clients.

    Mr. Wagner is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and holds a master degree from Duke University, as well as an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining BlueNET, Mr. Wagner worked for Booz - Allen & Hamilton, Deloitte & Touche, and KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint.

  • Ozgur Yogurtcu

    Managing Director

    Ozgur Yogurtcu joined BlueNET in 2008. Prior to that, he co-founded VeriPark, one of the most successful IT consulting firms in Turkey. Serving as Vice President, he was instrumental in driving VeriPark's success in enterprise software consulting. Through his leadership, Veripark was selected by Deloitte & Touche as one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in Europe and the Middle East.

    His project management experience includes developing internet banking systems for Turkey's leading banks, internet broadcasting sites for media enterprises, airport operations systems, and various e-commerce solutions.

    Mr. Yogurtcu's enterprise architecture background has been influential in his success in customer engagements. He leads BlueNET's delivery of enterprise application architecture solutions, including Object Oriented Design, Enterprise Integration, Service Oriented Architecture, and Enterprise Service Buses.

    Mr. Yogurtcu holds B.Sc. and MS degrees in Computer Science from Bogazici University.He is currently leading Enterprise Integration, Custom Software Development and Multi-Channel Services practices at BlueNET.

  • Şükrü Tutak

    Project Manager

    Mr. Tutak brings more than 10 years of combined management, sales and consulting experience in the IT industry. He started his career in Dogus Group, the 5th largest conglomerate in Turkey, with 70+ companies and workforce of over 20,000 employees. During this period, he successfully completed various optimization projects resulting in multi million dollars of cost savings to some of the Group's investments. Prior to joining BlueNET; Mr. Tutak worked for Couche-Tard, parent company of Circle-K, as a senior Business Intelligence Consultant, responsible for converting Circle-K's BI platform into Cognos.

    As a Project Manager for BlueNET, Mr. Tutak has led numerous Information Technology projects including various Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) implementations. Some of his projects have been recognized as "Success Stories" by the industry leaders.

    Mr. Tutak hold holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from Bilkent University and MBA degree in Information Technology Management from The University of Tampa John H. Sykes College of Business.

  • Galina Radchenkova

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Ms. Radchenkova joined BlueNET in 2011 and currently leads our activities in the Sales and Marketing areas of the business. In the course of her professional career, she had worked at IBM Europe in Ireland for the last 12 years.

    Prior to BlueNET, Ms. Radchenkova held a prominent sales position with IBM Corporation where she worked closely with IBM international offices in Ireland, UK, Brazil, and USA. During the course of her career with IBM Corporation, she made significant contributions to IBM Ireland Team's efforts for increasing software license revenue for the large international accounts. She also mentored junior team members as the Sales Advisor. Ms. Rachenkova has an impressive track record of results and solid sales management experience across a wide range of industry verticals enabling her to accelerate and scale BlueNET's sales efforts moving forward.

    In addition to completing numerous exclusive sales certifications and sales courses with IBM, Ms. Radchenkova is also a graduate of Universitatea de Statd in Tiraspol with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Information Technology.
